While Mrs Shenston is responsible for the day to day management of the school, our role as governors is to provide strategic management and to act as a 'critical friend' to the school, supporting the head teacher's work and that of her staff.

We have three key roles: 

1. To set strategic direction
2. To ensure accountability
3. To monitor and evaluate

The governors work in partnership with Mrs Shenston and her staff to promote high standards of educational achievement and to help the school move towards its vision.
